When this monster comes roaring at you at 80 MPH you cannot miss it. It Shakes the ground and bellows smoke and steam. It's whistle blows and you know a 4-6-6-4 is on the way. This is an excursion train that runs from Denver to Cheyenne Wyoming occasionally. They stop on the trip to let everyone off for a run-by photo op. The train backs up for a couple miles then comes roaring back for the photos. It's really a fun trip for someone like me who is a railroad nut, according to my wife Patti.
