Taken last November 24! I had to crop the left side because of an unsightly for sale sign. Because of the dimensions, I decided to do something very unusual in using Corel Paintshop X4 to frame it.  ☺ Had I not found this frame, I probably would have searched in other programs (free-ware) for a frame that pleases... at least me!  ☺
