At least one of you asked for more of my castles. This is one built in several styles over the ages. The foundations are 12th century. It sits by the sea on the west coast of France. I have to model some banners for the towers...I keep forgetting...so many little details. I hope you enjoy this one. It took 6.8 hours to render on a very fast maching with two gigs of ram. That's mostly because of the volumetric atmosphere and the fact that the entire set has nearly a half billion (I'm serious) polygons in it. It's actually much bigger than what you see here. I just took a snapshot looking West at the Chateau but there is a forest and mountains etc. behind the castle.
