Your gateway to the Highlands, backed by mountains Altuino and Scalambra, which act as appeared to the ancient Romans, as sentinels of the defense, opens with the big dig of the Trajan Villa, confirming the importance of the area in the past. Situated at 900 mt altitude enjoys of a special climate thanks to the two opposite mountains which push the air of 2000 mt down to the highlands. A very relaxing place we sometime like to go during the summer and facilitated by being 45 minutes from home. Enjoy.
