It's that time of year once again when the plumbing goes south in the drafty old house. I know I should prepare for it and wrap the water pipes with insulation and maybe keep the windows shut to keep out the cold. But I get busy and keep putting it off until this happens every year. Well I'm off to call the plumber to fix the situation.
