Some of you might recognize Ralph as the clean-cut fellow from the previous image. Apparently he had just gotten out of rehab when I met him the first time. Here he was scant minutes later buried head first in some nose candy literally coated in the stuff and determined to get more. Why this stuff isn't regulated if not outright prohibited is beyond me.
