Some of those seagulls that like to hang out in public places in the hopes of receiving handouts from random strangers who happen to find themselves in the vicinity while holding anything remotely edible. And woe-betide anyone that holds out on not sharing less than the seagull's fair share; which is usually estimated to be somewhere in the neighbourhood of 90% of the take.
