Found this a few days ago near Mt. Diablo along Marsh Creek Rd. in Contra Costa County, Ca. and thought it would make a good picture.Now I know a lot could be done to this photo to enhance it more but I am not the person to do that.If anyone wants they may take it and do as they will, you have my permission:):) No real water here just playing with the ripple effect in Pfiltre.
