Had a little fun with this one. 'Borrowed' the background from a stock image in PrintMaster 17 and made the "balloons" in Paint.net.Wasn't 100% sure if the 'real' background fit the cartoon balloons as I have another version as well but I liked this so we'll try this first. Enjoy, BB
