On the east side of Lake Tahoe, is Spooner Lake. It's at the junction of highway 50 and highway 28. Not very large, but very nice to hike. It's about 2 1/2 miles around the lake from the trailhead. The aspen trees are starting to change color as Fall gets underway here:) Thanks for your comments:)
