The Ritter Range is a small mountain range within California's Sierra Nevada. Most of the mountain range lies within the Ansel Adams Wilderness. The John Muir Trail passes by many lakes within the Ritter Range.This view is from the Minaret Vista overlook east of the range by about 8 miles. The overlook can be accessed from Mammoth Lakes area by vehicle and then a short 200' walk. Right in the center is what is commonly called "The Minarets". Thanks for your comments.
