I was playing around in Apophysis and I stumbled upon a mutation that formed the basis of this image. As i was creating this i started to notice that there seemed to be an angel looking up and spreading out her arms towards the heavens, and the lines arond her looked like swirling wind. (Hence the name). I really thought this was a neat fractal and i hope you do to ;)
