During the last trip I made with my mother, we went to the Saint Augustine alligator farm. Yes, it sounds like a very typical Florida roadside tourist trap, but this was one of the cleanest, modern well run zoological parks I have ever been to. Yes, there are lots of croc's and gator's of all variety's but there's also birds and other interesting animals to pique your interest for a bit. I took this picture back in March 2012 and this is Gomek's usurper Maximo. I think some may know the back story to why I use Gomek as my user name. I was enamored by Gomek's legend so I made it my moniker.
