400 Film, Mt. Lemmon, Arizona. 9,100ft ASL July 2006. Though this image is rather plain, it did come out quite interesting. This is a 5 hour exposure. I set it at about 11:30pm and fell asleep inside on the couch. When I woke up, it was nearly 4:30am, and the glow from the end of astronomical twighlight had started to light the sky up. Although the star trails are clearly visible, the dark background that was unexposed during the night turned into a beautiful shade of blue from the short exposure it had to the lightened sky! Quite interesting IF you know what the picture is!
