I uploaded the latest Picasa release yesterday and started twiddling with images using some of the new features.

This used the 'Neon' effect to bring out the 'white' lines and a bit of graduated tint to separate ceiling from walls.

While this might look like the foyer from Dracula's Castle, it's actually from inside the Canadian houses of parliament (HOP).
