Well not really.. but this is a baby "Gardener Snake." I almost stepped on it while out in the woods for a nature hike. These guys grow all over the place in N.Y. Not sure how far their territory reaches. (I guess I could do some research.)<BR> It was kind enough not to bite me while I held him with one hand an took some shots with the other. It's head was no bigger than my pinky nail.
