Another morning shot from a pier in Phoenix, N.Y. near lock 28. The shot is facing upstream so it may seem like it's tilted, but there are two horizon levels. I wanted to make this look as close to HDR with only one shot as I could. So I had to use alot of burn and dodge handtools on certain areas with opacity set to 10. While trying to maintain the dark and moodyness of the whole scene. The ducks in the foreground as well as detail on the concrete could not have been seen otherwise.
