...OK...this is another one of those concoctions that mesh with two different series...Halloween/spooky (previous) and the "Fowl Play" (Miss September)...Don't try to figure out my crazy system, even I can't make sense of it, sometimes...ARGHHH!

As per the publisher's (Namely our "Loon-A-Tick" - Whoa...that's birdlike...and it fits...I just thought of that as I was writing this descriptive) instructions...(Remember, I just do the front page...I don't really want to know what's inside, too much trouble in that...) here is the October freaky-Halloweenish issue of FP...just in time for Fright Month!
