...Shutt enjoying the vibes in another room of Club Modem in Witches Valley...Although the place isn't as large as Madame Zany's in Downtown Artopolis, it's a pretty impressive building, as it once used to be an old tire factory that went bust a long time ago... It had then sat abandoned all these years until just after the pandemic when a group of nameless investors (there's a lot of those in Mess County) bought the property and turned it into the techno club that draws many a patron from the entire area and even beyond!

The inspiration to create "Club Modem" came from both this long defunct place that I would occasionally visit back in the early 80s, as well as this club in Germany, which caters to the techno crowd, but is known to be an extremely difficult place to get into... It is said that the likes of this guy was even turned away from the latter! I probably wouldn't stand a chance getting past the head bouncer (whom himself has become quite the international figure), but my clubbing days have long since departed...
