Wouldn't you ladies just love to be living in the age when those fancy hats with the fancy feathers were worn? I sure would! Or have a beautiful quill pen with these feathers on it? Well, you have it!..lol..And yes, I know its not a black background..but for a reason. I had it black, but it didn't show the beauty of these feathers that good at all, since there's a few black feathers in it.
