This is my sister. Basically to create this picture, I put my camera on a tripod in a dark room, and gave it a 4 second exposure, and moved the camera one way, and then back the other way. That created the blur. The room obviously needed to be dark or 4 seconds would have made the picture too bright. What do you think?
