My 2 1/2 year old Granddaughter Caitlynn picked the unopened bud off one of my Stargazer lilies two weeks ago. We had a little talk and so she left the other lilies alone. I noticed all the neighbor's lilies have been open for weeks, but mine were slow to open even though they get lots of sunshine and water. This week one bud opened and now all four plants have at least one bud open. Very beautiful to see and "Well Worth The Wait".
