This is a "notorious" hotel in our town that is being demolished in the near future because of its unsavory reputation. It has been abandoned for awhile and "artists" have been adding their graffiti artwork. The supplies to do this have even been left on the premises - paint roller, spray cans of paint, various colors of paints, etc. We toured the premises a few days ago. This particular wall is the only full wall and the most colorful. Each outside wall of every room has been decorated artistically and some of it is quite beautiful.
