Bridge over the Waitaki River at Kurow, NZ. Built in 1893, of hardwood timber, it has remained intact (with the necessary repairs) despite the ravages caused by the occasional raging torrent of the Waitaki River, and from fire.Still in use today :) . .Panasonic DMC-FZ7. .
