Mount Aspiring - New Zealand's highest mountain outside the Mount Cook region. Height is 3,033 metres. The Maori name is Tititea, which translates as Glistening Peak. It is also sometimes called 'the Matterhorn of the South'. It was first climbed in 1909.Taken with Canon 450D using the kit zoom lens that came with it - my first attempt. Thankyou for viewing - comments most welcome.
