A visit to the Botanical Gardens was on my agenda for Sunday but a strong wind made us decide to go to the seashore instead.
We watched this quite elderly couple battle their way down the bank to the sand and begin their walk. I think invigorating would be the word to describe it !
I have my lens back, all fixed, so was using the Canon 450D for Sunday's shots.
