One of the largest gothic churches in Otago, St Luke's Anglican Church in Oamaru is registered by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust as a Category I structure. It was constructed in three stages between 1865 and 1912.
This is directly opposite Jones Park where my other post today is taken. I was busy snapping the dahlias and only thought to look across the road to the church just before leaving so I grabbed a quick shot. Sometimes we need to remember to look around or glance behind :)
