Another one from Sailors Cutting. On my other posting Nikoneer was wondering about the origin of the name. I really dont know but as Lake Benmore is a man made lake (for the hydroelectric scheme) maybe this little inlet was cut/created for the local 'sailors' and their hobby crafts. There is a very large camping ground nearby that has been there for 50 years. People book their 'spots' from year to year.
