There are 6 NZ Fur Seals in this shot, with two prominent ones clambering up the rocks. Some rest on the rocks, others like these two, like to get to the top where there is a grassy area to relax on. I am always surprised by their agility and speed, given their shape. Taken on Monday 5th June2023 with phone during a quick visit to the harbour. Kekeno is their Maori name and it translates as "look-arounds". A good description as they appear very curious.
