This is the lower part of Malanaphy Springs, Decorah Iowa, where it joins the Upper Iowa River, the water is on a journey from there to the Mississippi River and on to the gulf of Mexico, it is part of a State Park and it is a one mile walk and then a twenty foot descent to the bottom, I take my camera bag and tripod every time I go and although it takes a great deal of time, as you all know we do what we have to in order to get the shot.
