Not a fractal, simply created using the circular blend tool and layers with different layer modes. If you do the first layer as a blend in "normal" mode and then do other layers in "difference" mode you can have a lot of fun and get some pretty interesting effects. From memory I did have another image in there somewhere, that produced the "lichen" patterns you see in some areas. If you like rich colours, this is the dt for you. he he.
