My pal, a friendly Great Egret...one of our daily bird visitors. He usually gets his fish "lunch" in our canal off the Myakka River, but if he's having no luck he'll come up and hunt my garden lizards or beg for fish or chicken scraps, lol. I love this shot of him under the dappled shadows of our Live Oak tree. Didn't save the original shot, so sorry for sm size but it's a DT I enjoy myself and thought other bird lovers might as well. :)
