NOTICE: THIS IMAGE IS NOT TO BE POSTED ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE. Someday, I want to own one of these. I say "someday". These cats are not cheap. I think it is the most beautiful cat. A kind lady let me take a picture of her Bengal kitty. Below, is a some info about the Bengal. The Bengal is a breed of cat, formed by the cross of a domestic feline and an Asian Leopard Cat(ALC). The Bengal cat has a "wild" appearance with large spots, rosettes, and a light/white belly, and a body structure reminiscent of the ALC. The Bengal possesses a gentle domestic cat temperament, provided it is separated by at least three generations from the original crossing between a domestic feline and an ALC. The name "Bengal cat" was derived from the name of the Asian leopard, and not from the more distantly related Bengal tiger.
