This is from my driveway looking east. The colors bouncing off the clouds in the east were prettier than the sunset taking place in the west. I went to the pontoon bridge to check on the water level. No real change-thank heavens. But, I-10 is closed at the TX/LA state lines due to flooding from the Sabine River. What a travel nightmare that must be especially for truckers. They have to go all the way up thru TX to I-20 then thru Shreveport and then come back down to I-10. I also heard that I-55 is closed in places as well. I-20 at Monroe, LA may still be closed. Glad I'm not driving a truck any more. Rivers and bayous are up around here but no flooding-so far.
