This is a large butterfly called Attacus Atlas (Atlas Silk Moth) found mostly in Southeast Asia. The wingspan of this butterfly is about 8 to 9 inches. It flies only at night. During the day it sits motionless (makes it easy to take a photo). Lives only about 5 days after full maturity. On this particular one you can see the eggs half protruding at the bottom. She has a thick growth of red "wool" on the back of her neck.
