The building on the left is called the "Elbphilharmonie" which will have 3 concert halls, a hotel and 47 apartments and a car park for over 500 cars when completed. It will become the landmark of Hamburg. The ship is an old cargo vessel which is kept as a museum piece. There is a restaurant on board. You can have private parties on board also and book the cabins for your guests if you wish.
