This action-packed, dramatic and lively statue (....that sounds like an ad for Arnold movies) is in one of the halls of the Louvre museum. A glance at it tells you it used to be outdoors, maybe in the garden of a mansion, or in a park,...and then brought back in the safety under a ceiling! It amused me intensely and I spent time on it as much as my children endured (about 35 seconds....a record long stretch of unbroken attention with them in a museum!). Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the talented sculptor. Difficult to dig on the internet. Hope you enjoy!
