The lady whom hybridized this rose was also an Avon sales person at one time. She decided to name some of her roses after some of the Avon products at the time. I have heard that this rose was named after a variety of lipstick Avon sold many many years ago called Ooo! Baby! She is a pretty bloomer for sure and most welcome in my rosebeds.
