Also home of what was dubbed "The Running of the Bags". Illegal bag sellers being chased by very determined police (there was reverse driving a la Da Vinci Code and guys getting slammed into doors). The sellers would go storming up one end of the plaza and then 5 minutes later they'd come running up the other end.
