Built in 1935, this chapel is described as one of the most photographed in New Zealand; it's not hard to see why. Rather than stained glass, the alter has a long plate glass window behind it which frames the lake and mountain views in the background. I took several shots of this chapel at different times, this one was taken at sunrise; I might upload one of the others later if I can edit out the tourists!
