This Amish family was harvesting the oat shocks. It was something to watch them throw the forks full of oats up on the wagon. I'd say the wagon was about full enough wouldn't you agree? The next step would be to run them threw the thrashing machine to separate the oats from the straw. Hope you'll take a look see.
