WE were very lucky to found this pair in the KNP a few months ago. Due to there rarity they are currently busy with studies on them and their habitat. Here is a link should you want to read more about them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saddle-billed_Stork Unlike most birds where the male is vibrantly coloured and the female more dull, these birds looks quite the same except for the yellow iris on the female and a browner eye with the male.
