So, before I explain this one there is an update to the project. I decided to cut down the number of these that I submit by one, which means there will be one less part of the whole that I show before I show the whole picture. There will be 2 more parts I will upload, and then the complete photo.

Alright, so now I'm going to tell you a little bit about how I did this. I was out taking pictures the other night of the city, where I usually do. I decided to have a little fun with the tripod, perhaps make use of the incredibly strong winds as well?
