This image is the result of a collaboration between Mac and PC. Mixed bag of fish netted from Paintshop Pro: retextured and recoloured to suit myself. The background is a custom design which I created in Paintshop Pro. It was layered together with two separate fractals from Tierazon (the strong blue/pink colour of the seawater was one). Weeds were from Photoshop Elements; coloured, distorted, then given a little movement and opacity. I wish the whole thing could have had more depth, movement and sparkle, but this is the best I felt up to for now. Another time maybe I could make my own fish...
