My second entry for the Curves Contest. This flame started life as a series of small dots... distant candle flames in the dark. Well manipulated before rendering in Apophysis 2.08 or 2.07 (I forget which, now); originally an orange-brown without any blue. Postwork and gradient in Photoshop Elements.
