Made in Paint.net and Photoshop Elements 2.0.

I thought the background was ornate enough on its own, but earlier today I was browsing dA and discovered (through Lauren) the gallery of Keith. Many of his pictures I have not seen before.

I looked at Protoplasm, where he linked to a tutorial for Amazing Circles... which I had to try immediately! Probably this background would be better on its own, but I liked the way the jewels turned out. They demand their 15 seconds of fame.
