On the Greek island of Naxos, up in the mountains, we met with a friend who has goats and they make their own cheese. You can't get it fresher than this. Anthotyros is a traditional fresh cheese made with milk and whey from goats. Accompanied by ouzo of course. Simply unforgettable. Appreciate your views and comments.
