This UNESCO-listed site known as Nemrut, stands at over 7,000 feet and is the site of the 1st century BC mountain top tomb of King Antiachos / Epiphanes. It is famous for its 30 foot high statues depicting various mythological figures, all of which have seen their heads topple from their bodies. We went there two years ago, it was incredible to see ... we were visiting Gaziantep,Turkey on that trip. Thanks for comments and suggestions.
