The Corps of Engineers has brought in its yellow boat to monitor the River at the entrance to the Bonnet Carre' Spillway, twenty five miles upriver from New Orleans. The chemical and petroleum industry surround this area as you can see. I could not resist the cloud formations here. This is a copyrighted photo.
