These tiny Knockout Rose buds reminded me of butter curls I once saw served while attending a fairly "uppity" brunch. These blooms are peculiar to me as they open a bright, strong yellow with plenty of fragrance. As the bloom opens further, the yellow fades to a creamy white and their perfume fades. Overall, it provides a pretty dramatic display of blooms in various shades of yellow.
